Manager

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including program management, sales, and outreach, to achieve organizational goals.
• Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain partnerships with schools, sponsors, and other stakeholders to support our mission and expand our reach.
• Program Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to promote our programs, services, and events to diverse audiences, increasing visibility and engagement.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure seamless operations across teams, optimizing processes and resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

• Resides in Lagos: Must be based in Lagos, with a strong understanding of the local market.
• Qualification: Degree from a reputable institution
• Experience: 2-5 years experience in a related field
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams, with a strong track record of achieving results.
• Outreach and Engagement Expertise: Solid background in developing and executing outreach and engagement strategies, with expertise in program promotion, partnership development, and audience growth.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinker: A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving, able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
