Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of a Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of language education, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. As a Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the school, and manage staff.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the language school, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Oversee and support teachers, ensuring alignment with the school’s educational standards and goals.
  • Coordinate class schedules, resources, and student registration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and administrative tasks, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
  • Handle student and parent inquiries, maintaining a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Drive marketing and recruitment efforts to promote the school’s programs and attract new students.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in education or language schools.
  • Knowledge of language learning principles, especially related to German, is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development, conflict resolution, and motivation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle multiple priorities.


Additional Skills:

  • Fluency in German is an asset.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and tools for language learning.
  • Experience in marketing or business development within the education sector.
  • Strong soft skills such as empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
