Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock ordering and restocking processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor and report sales performance and operational metrics.
  • Provide a superior shopping experience for all customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Recommend skincare products tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure staff delivers consistent, high-quality service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.
  • Develop work schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
  • Set clear sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Create an inviting store display that highlights trending products.
  • Use social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Monitor and manage the store’s budget, expenses, and profitability.
  • Handle cash management and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Implement loss prevention measures.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years in retail or sales, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
  • Proven experience managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong understanding of skincare products and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
