Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Devise procedures and processes to achieve consistent maximum production
- Ensure consistent achievement of company product quality
- Implement initiatives to significantly reduce the cost of production
- Investigate quality assurance incidents and prescribe recommendations to prevent similar occurrences.
- Review current practices and develop Standard Production operating Procedure (SPOP)
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management reporting Platforms/Portals
- Coach and train staff on biosecurity and quality practices.
Requirements:
- HND in Animal Science Production Technology
- 3 years experience
KPIs:
- % production compared to Industry Standards
- Frequency Customer Complaints
- Deviations from company product quality specifications
- Number and severity of observations from Regulatory Agencies and External Auditors
- Mortality rate.
- Infections
Location: ILO Road, Ilara Epe
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 200,000
