Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Program Management & Implementation

  • Plan, budget, and execute career training programs, initiatives, and conferences aligned with LCA’s mission.
  • Monitor program outcomes and assess impact using data-driven evaluations.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and develop close-out reports for programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.


Fundraising, Grant Writing & Donor Management

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
  • Identify and draft compelling grant proposals to secure funding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and funding organizations.
  • Track and report donor contributions, ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • Explore corporate partnerships to enhance funding opportunities.


Administration & Communications

  • Develop and manage program budgets efficiently.
  • Oversee content creation for newsletters, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of programs, participants, and volunteers.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the board, funders, and the public.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in fundraising (grant writing), marketing, or accounting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership experience with integrity and compassion.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, design, editing, or relevant software tools.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector (desirable).
  • Project management expertise (desirable).
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive results.
