- Oversee daily operations of Elliom Water.
- Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of product quality.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial records, and inventory.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with significant experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
