Job Summary
Our Client, a startup fashion house in Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our newly established fashion house in Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to help shape and grow a fashion brand from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion business management, operations, and marketing, with a keen eye for style and creativity.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in production, sales, and customer service.
- Brand Development: Work closely with designers to establish and maintain the brand identity, ensuring it aligns with market trends and customer preferences.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract clients, grow sales, and increase brand awareness through both traditional and digital marketing.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage sourcing of materials, inventory levels, and supplier relationships to maintain a smooth production flow.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of designers, tailors, and support staff to achieve the company’s vision.
- Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans for the business.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure the brand meets industry standards and maintains high-quality production standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail, production management, or business operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian fashion industry, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Experience in brand development, marketing, and digital strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a startup environment.
- Proficiency in fashion retail management software and social media marketing.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation.

Location: Abeokuta
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
