Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with the corporate office to implement brand standards and promotions
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Manager in a fast food or related industry
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
