Manager, Strategy

The Manager, Strategy is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Job Details

• Lead the strategic planning process, including the development of long-term goals, annual objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate organizational vision into actionable strategies.
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Develop existing and new commercial opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to foster innovation and strategic thinking.
• Manage the strategic modelling and analysis to inform and develop strategic plans as well as making strategic recommendations based on the outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• Relevant professional certificate preferred.
• 7-8 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in strategy frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
