Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan.
• Implement financial policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership, business management, or a related role.
• Minimum of a BSc./HND in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, with experience in implementing financial policies, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to ensure efficient and effective operational performance.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• High level of business acumen, with the ability to adapt to industry trends and evolving market demands.
