Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist with their purchases.
- Receive and process online orders via our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Purchase grocery items from the local market based on customer orders.
- Package and dispatch orders to customers’ addresses.
- Record daily sales transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Requirements:
- Must be living in Kubwa, Abuja.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills to handle customer inquiries in person and online.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or sales records management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle market purchases.
