Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote YemKem International’s products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Generate leads and drive customer engagement through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute campaigns that drive conversions.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade fairs, and community engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
