Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for marketing materials such as social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional assets.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence through social media platforms and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that boost lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices to ensure that marketing strategies remain effective and innovative.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and promotional activities that align with the company’s marketing goals.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • A Diploma (OND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and ability to analyze consumer trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to align marketing efforts.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Creativity and the ability to think strategically in developing marketing initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
