Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is proactive, friendly, and passionate about marketing and building relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food or beverage industry. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with businesses and organizations. You will serve as the face of our brand, presenting our brand products and establishing strong connections with customers. Your main focus will be promoting and selling our products to our customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Business Outreach: Identify and reach out to businesses that could benefit from our bread products, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, grocery stores, and more.
  • Brand Promotion: Effectively present and promote our bread products to business decision-makers, explaining the value we bring in terms of quality, pricing, and service.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs of our target audience and identify potential leads.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term business clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our bread products and their unique features to confidently answer any questions and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track progress, report on key metrics, and help develop new marketing strategies to improve our outreach and success rate.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage business clients.
  • A good understanding of marketing strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to build strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
