Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to understand the needs of potential clients and the competitive landscape, this involves analyzing customer demographics, behavior, and trends to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with product development teams to create financial products tailored to the needs of microfinance clients, this includes developing promotional strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of these products to the target audience.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Implementing customer engagement initiatives, obtaining feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing digital marketing tools and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and reach potential customers.
- Creating content, managing online campaigns, and engaging with the community to promote the bank's services.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Marketer in a Microfinance Bank or any Financial Institution.
- Bachelor's degree and (or) Msc in Marketing or Economics or related discipline.
