The successful candidate sees to executing marketing strategies, creating and managing campaigns, and supporting efforts to enhance brand growth and visibility. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive brand growth.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Write and proofread marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with designers, animators, and printers.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Adapt content to suit different social media platforms.
  • Foster relationships with influencers to promote the brand.
  • Support the development, launch, and management of new competitions and campaigns.
  • Undertake audience research.
  • Actively manage social media communities by responding to posts and fostering discussions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Ads, CRM software, Facebook Insights).
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in social media engagement and website traffic.
  • Lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Positive customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Adherence to project timelines and budgets.
