We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Customer Engagement and Marketer to join our team at Easthopemart. The ideal candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information on our products, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for promoting our products.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about Easthopemart's products and services.
- Follow up with customers on their product orders
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Input customers detail to CRM system on a daily basis.
- Actively promote Easthopemart's products to potential customers.
- Encourage customer patronage and loyalty.
- Provide assistance to customers in locating products.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide insights into customer preferences.
- Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions.
- Share feedback and insights with the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Familiar with CRM system
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 per month for outstanding promoter
