Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilites:
- Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations
- Ensure timely, high-quality food service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff to maintain service and hygiene standards
- Manage procurement, inventory, and supplies efficiently
- Oversee financial reporting, daily cash flow, and budgeting
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor kitchen flow, space usage, and equipment upkeep
- Handle scheduling, documentation, and task delegation
- Lead marketing and manage business social media pages
- Address customer feedback professionally and proactively
- Support personal errands and administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain and improve aesthetics/interior design of the space
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in tech tools, social media, and reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs
- A good eye for design and customer experience
