Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan aligned with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
• Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with the brand's direction.
• Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
• Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
• Supporting the sales team's key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
• Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
• Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and coordinate and ensure sales forecasts' accuracy.
• Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirement:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree / NCE / OND qualification
• You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Sales Operations / Sales Support within the Retail industry.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• Ability to work with the team.
• Have a good work ethic.
• Possess strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work with less supervision.
• Team player with an enthusiastic spirit

• Must reside in Lagos Island and Yaba Axis.
