We are looking for a highly motivated Marketer to help drive the growth of Wenwaw Liquid Soap in Benin. This role will involve creating and executing marketing strategies to introduce and promote our liquid soap products to hotel apartments, supermarkets, and other retail channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to introduce Wenwaw Liquid Soap to new markets and customer segments.
- Identify and target key business opportunities in hotel apartments, supermarkets, and retail stores.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
- Create promotional campaigns (online and offline) to increase product visibility and brand recognition.
- Coordinate product demos, sampling campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Track and report on marketing performance and sales impact.
- Collaborate with the production and distribution teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in Benin and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and seize opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, reporting, and basic digital campaigns is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
