Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with senior management regarding ongoing and new marketing initiatives
- Organize promotional events, such as trade shows, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products by coordinating with the team
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to boost customer acquisition
- Meet potential clients face-to-face to promote company services
- Manage and create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Evaluate and improve marketing campaigns to fit within budgetary constraints
- Measure marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing efforts
- Recruit and train Marketing Assistants for event coordination and sales activities
- Execute effective social media marketing strategies to connect with audiences and grow relationships
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess market trends
Requirements:
- 3 years of solid all-around marketing experience
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong IT skills
- Great time management and organizational abilities
- Sales skills, including influencing and cross-selling
