Marketing and Communications Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote Payraty's products and services.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
• Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and grow our online presence.
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
• Maintain and update the company’s website with fresh and relevant content.
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Build and nurture relationships with client.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field or certification in marketing.
• Exprience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond boxes and boundaries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of the ERP industry is a bonus
