Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and events
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Ibadan, and available for full-time on-site job.
- B.Sc/MBA in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Media/Marketing in Telecommunications, an Advertising Agency, including advertising, promotions, and events
- Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track and measure marketing performance.
- Budget management and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and trends in the marketing landscape.
- Existing relationships with media outlets and PR influencers are an added advantage.
- Experience in crisis communication and media management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
