Job Summary
The Marketing and Sales Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s marketing and sales initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, while also actively contributing to sales efforts to meet and exceed targets. The role involves travel for client meetings, product presentations, and promotional events.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
- Identify and target potential customers, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers and clients.
- Drive the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, marketing KPIs, and ROI for campaigns.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Attend marketing events, client meetings, and exhibitions to promote products and drive sales.
- Maintain and expand the customer database by identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, pricing, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience in Sales or Marketing
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly to meet clients and attend events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
