Job Title: Marketing and Sales Associate

Work Mode: Onsite, Full-time

Location: Akure, Ondo State

Background: Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Communications


The Growth Hub is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for a results-driven individual with a passion for marketing and sales, capable of developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market

- Create and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

- Generate and nurture quality leads through various marketing channels

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

- Create and manage marketing content for various platforms

- Conduct market research and analyze competition

- Track and analyze sales metrics and marketing campaign performance

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing materials

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline

- Create detailed reports on sales activities and marketing performance

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services

- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing and sales roles

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with social media marketing and content creation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good presentation and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of the local market in Akure and surrounding areas

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Fluency in English and Yoruba (added advantage)

- Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
