Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to execute effective campaigns and initiatives. This individual will assist in developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating engaging content, and analyzing data to enhance the company's brand presence and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media, monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure goals are met.
  2. Create and edit marketing materials, such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content.
  3. Collaborate with marketing team, creative and graphic designers and other team members to develop visually compelling assets.
  4. Maintain and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms by creating content, engaging with audiences, and tracking metrics while identifying opportunities for engagement and brand building.
  5. Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches, handle event logistics and post-event analysis.
  6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems and create reports to inform decision-making and highlight areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management tools, coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders as needed.
  8. Support in building brand awareness, enhancing customer experience, and driving product development


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a creative agency or PR company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical skills.
