Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage cordial business relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs in order to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitors and report on their marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of marketing contents for the organization's official social media accounts.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of existing and potential customers.
- Collate reviews from customers.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events or trade shows.
- Handle administrative duties like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining marketing documentation.
Requirements:
- 1 year of working experience
- OND/HND in any field of study
