We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate with strong digital marketing skills and a proven track record in the financial industry to join our marketing team. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving the company’s marketing efforts with a strong focus on digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that promote the company’s financial products and services. You will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.


Content Creation:

  • Assist in the development of content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics) that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Work with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials for various digital platforms.


Market Research:

  • Conduct research to understand current market trends and identify potential growth opportunities within the financial services sector.
  • Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to help position the company as a thought leader.


Customer Engagement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to create marketing campaigns that engage prospective clients and existing customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners through email campaigns and digital touchpoints.


Brand Development:

  • Assist in maintaining the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and message across all channels.


Lead Generation:

  • Drive lead generation efforts through digital marketing tactics like paid advertising, social media campaigns, and partnerships with relevant financial influencers.
  • Optimize lead funnels to increase conversion rates for key financial products and services.


Marketing Analytics:

  • Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools to track and measure the performance of marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, lead conversion, and sales to the management team.


Event Coordination:

  • Support in organizing and promoting both online and offline events such as webinars, seminars, and conferences that promote the company’s financial services.


Collaboration:

  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials and communications are in line with industry regulations.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output in all marketing efforts.
