Role Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing content strategies that resonate with our core audiences – MSME owners and decision-makers in Nigeria. Your work will highlight the real-world problems faced by these businesses and subtly showcase how our flagship product, 390 Work, can transform their operations. This is an opportunity to lead content initiatives that drive engagement, build brand trust, and position 390 Technologies as a thought leader in the tech industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with our business goals, focusing on MSMEs in various sectors, such as retail, solar energy, hospitality, food, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Content Creation: Craft and create compelling social media content. Ensure content highlights business challenges while offering insights on solutions like 390 Work.
  • Brand Storytelling: Drive brand messaging that supports our vision of an Africa that is not only a technology consumer but also a producer.
  • Engagement & Community Building: Cultivate relationships with our audience on social media platforms to grow an engaged community.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, audience-focused content across various channels.
  • Experience working with or creating content for African markets is a plus.
  • Video Editing Skills using CapCut, Filmora, etc.
