We are looking for a creative and analytical Product Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, defining product positioning, and driving product adoption. Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan product launches, including creating timelines, content, and strategies for promoting the product.
- Positioning and Messaging: Create clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market.
- Customer acquisition and growth
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to ensure that the product meets market needs and stands out against competitors.
- Customer Persona Development: Build detailed customer personas to tailor marketing efforts to different segments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop sales collateral, product videos, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and social media posts that resonate with target customers.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop training, presentations, and sales tools that improve the effectiveness of the sales process.
- Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in product marketing or related roles (preferably in fintech).
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights to optimize campaigns.
