Job Summary

As a Marketing Executive at TrisPay, you will be at the forefront of promoting our financial products and services to both new and existing customers. Your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and driving sales growth. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote TrisPay’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Manage and grow TrisPay’s social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (loans, product development) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand exposure.
  • Organize promotional activities, events, and product launches.
  • Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, and industry partners.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of field marketing, and digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: Excellent content creation skills, with a knack for creating engaging marketing materials.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
