Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Marketing Executive with strong sales skills to join our renewable energy team. In this role, you’ll focus on converting existing leads into loyal customers, applying strategic approaches to boost conversions. As a remote contract position, the ideal candidate should be self-driven, organized, and skilled in managing client interactions with professionalism and clarity.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage and follow up with qualified leads to drive conversion and close sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase lead conversion rates, with a tailored approach for each client.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with potential customers to present our renewable energy offerings and address inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our renewable energy solutions to drive customer interest and commitment.
  • Manage multiple client interactions, maintaining detailed records and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and suggest improvements for lead generation efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or lead conversion, ideally within the renewable energy or related sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting targets in a remote setup.
  • Ability to develop and apply effective conversion strategies that resonate with diverse clients.
