Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of medical and laboratory equipment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches, to increase brand visibility and generate sales opportunities.
- Develop sales enablement tools and resources, such as product guides, sales presentations, and training materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive customer satisfaction.
- Support other marketing and business development activities, as needed, to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/ Pure sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
