Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Student Enrollment:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive student enrollment.
- Identify new markets and student recruitment opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries from potential students and guide them through the enrollment process.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to convert prospects into enrollments.
- Create sales pitches and presentations to attract potential students and corporate clients.
Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for business programs, including digital and traditional channels (social media, print, events).
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to increase visibility through online advertising and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
Brand Building:
- Enhance the brand’s image through consistent messaging and innovative campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Organize events such as open days, seminars, and workshops to promote business.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, student needs, and emerging trends in education.
- Provide insights to improve marketing strategies and sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, corporate clients, and academic partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt response to inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles. - Strong understanding of the education industry or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Social Media platforms).
