Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  
• Create engaging content (blog posts, social media, case studies, etc.) highlighting product benefits and industry applications.
• ⁠Manage social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and trade show appearances.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing materials.
• ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.
• ⁠Analyze campaign results, track metrics, and optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and influencers.
• Assist in product launches, event planning, and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• ⁠Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• ⁠Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• ⁠Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation software
• ⁠Knowledge of CRM systems
• ⁠Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
• Certification in digital marketing
