Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Plan, create, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Manage social media platforms: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
• Analyze market trends: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Measure and report on marketing performance: Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future marketing strategies.
• Develop marketing content: Create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Manage marketing budget: Plan, track, and manage marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, B.Sc and marketing certification
• Experience in sales and marketing roles is a plus
• Preferably living in Chevron- Ajah
• Ability to work independently and actively in a team\
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to conduct property market analysis.
• Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.
