Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Taco Tuesday, Sunday events, birthday packages, and other promotions.
  • Align all marketing activities with Red Lagos’ business goals and brand identity.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.


Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and customer conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee Tix. Africa ticketing and explore email marketing strategies to drive event bookings.


Customer Outreach & Retention:

  • Execute WhatsApp auto-messaging and bulk SMS campaigns to reach new and returning customers.
  • Call and follow up with past attendees and VIP guests to encourage repeat visits.
  • Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted marketing.


Offline Marketing & Brand Awareness:

  • Coordinate billboard advertising, ensuring timely content submission and optimal placement.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and promoters to enhance brand reach.
  • Develop and oversee promotional activations and collaborations with local businesses.


Performance Tracking & Budget Management:

  • Track marketing performance using analytics tools and report key insights to management.
  • Ensure all marketing activities stay within the allocated ₦500,000 budget per event.
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of as a Marketer or Sales Manager
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategies
