Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train sales personnel to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support the sales team lead generation and sales efforts.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve closing rates.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work experience in the same or similar role
- Applicants should have a BSc or HND in Marketing or a similar relevant field.
