Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire the marketing team.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Financial acumen to prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.
