Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Marketing Manager to manage and grow advertising revenue across our news platform's media assets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong sales abilities to maximize our advertising potential while maintaining the integrity of our news platform. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients are essential.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advertising sales strategies for all digital media assets
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertisers and media buying agencies
  • Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities and client accounts
  • Monitor advertising performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Ensure proper placement and timing of advertisements across platforms
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize ad placement without compromising user experience
  • Create compelling advertising packages and proposals for potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor advertising strategies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital advertising sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Remuneration: NGN 750,000 - 1,000,000 Monthly
