Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and MiBanana’s overall vision, focusing on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored marketing plans, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns that exceed expectations.
  • Content Development: Guide the creation of compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts, both for MiBanana and our clients.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, incorporating them into our marketing strategies to keep MiBanana at the cutting edge.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with strong mentoring and team-building skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush), with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and present strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to develop unique, effective marketing campaigns.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly preferred.
