Job Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by developing and executing high-impact marketing and PR strategies, while also managing some key sales initiatives. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, acquiring new users, businesses, and securing partnerships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • PR Strategy: Develop and implement unique public relations strategies to grow the company’s visibility and establish the company as a leader in the transportation and e-commerce sectors.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Lead and oversee digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Manager to ensure maximum reach and engagement across platforms.
  • Viral Campaigns: Develop and manage viral marketing campaigns aimed at attracting users and drivers, increasing platform engagement, and generating buzz around the company.
  • Brand Building: Ensure that the company’s brand message is clear, consistent, and compelling across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Revenue Generation: Create new revenue streams by exploring and securing corporate sponsorships, and identifying additional opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, corporate partnerships, and innovative ways to scale the platform.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, particularly within the technology, transportation, and ride-hailing sectors.
  • Strong track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive growth, including experience with viral marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Strong connections with influencers, digital platforms, media outlets, and industry leaders, particularly in the transportation, technology, and e-commerce industries.
