Marketing Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to the company’s growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Location: Magodo

Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦150,000 + Compensation Plan

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage marketing goals and objectives

• Plan, implement, and oversee marketing strategies

• Contribute to the company’s growth through innovative marketing approaches

• Market our products and services to local businesses and companies

• Create and manage partnerships to drive business opportunities

• Manage and optimize content marketing strategies

• Define and track KPIs for the marketing department

• Ensure the marketing budget is well-maintained

• Regularly report on marketing performance using data and KPIs

• Collaborate with Product, Service, and Customer Success teams

• Analyze marketing strategies and suggest areas for improvement

• Stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies

• Attend relevant marketing conferences and educational programs

• Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that meet company objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing

• Experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, etc.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in big data analysis

• Good knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies

• Ability to produce regular performance reports

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills

• A degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
