Job Summary
APT Edutainment Ltd., a dynamic publisher of innovative educational books for young students, is seeking qualified and results-oriented candidates to fill this position. The Marketing & Sales Representative will implement marketing campaigns, and manage the Company’s Sales Channels, particularly Website Orders, Retail Outlets, Direct Selling to Schools, and Social Media Marketplace. Besides, he/she will build and maintain valuable relationships with customers, document marketing & sales activities, conduct relevant research, and prepare reports.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Manage sales channels, including processing website orders, overseeing retail outlets, direct selling to schools, and managing the social media marketplace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Document marketing and sales activities, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all sales channels promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma) or B.Sc.
- Effective communication skills

- At least one year' work experience in a related field will be an advantage
