Salary: 300,000-350,000 Monthly Gross
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management are a plus. (minimum 2.1).
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate, retail, or FMCG industry.
Proven experience in executing marketing strategies across both traditional and digital channels.
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Track record of developing and managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Core Skills Required
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hoot suite, Mail Chimp, etc.).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
