Job Title: Maintenance Operations Engineer

Job Description
- We’re looking for a talented Maintenance Operations Engineer to optimize maintenance processes, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.
- The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance engineering background, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to safety.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Manage maintenance records and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
