Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels (digital, social media, content, email, events, etc.) aligned with overall business goals.
  • Define clear objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including defining budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and target audience interests.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.


Requirements:

  • BSc in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
