Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels (digital, social media, content, email, events, etc.) aligned with overall business goals.
- Define clear objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including defining budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and target audience interests.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
- BSc in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
