Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the company’s construction projects.
  • Identify target markets and tailor marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to determine the demand for market shops, spaces, and facilities in various locations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to guide project development and marketing strategies.

Digital and Traditional Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
  • Develop traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements for print media.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and real estate agents.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties and projects.
  • Arrange site visits and tours for interested parties, showcasing the benefits of the company’s developments.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions to showcase the company’s projects.
  • Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing events.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging and informative content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the production of promotional videos, virtual tours, and other multimedia content.
  • Maintain and update the company’s online presence to reflect current projects and offerings.

 Sales Support and Lead Generation:

  • Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads for potential buyers and tenants.
  • Provide marketing support and materials to the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion rates.

  Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on marketing expenditures and ROI.

  Team Leadership and Supervision:

  • Supervise and guide the marketing team, providing direction and support as needed.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment within the marketing department.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 Proven experience in marketing within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and CRM systems.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
