Job Summary

We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the vacancy below in our organization. The right candidates will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue reports forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Generation of Sales leads.
  • Meeting & exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understand and promote company programs
  • Obtain cheque deposits from new and existing clients
  • Follow up and deliver sales contracts to clients
  • Visit prospects and potential clients to ascertain their real estate needs
  • Promote brand products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Attend to client inquiry on brand , products, prices, etc.
  • Meet the brand monthly set target


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or public relations or related field
  • Experience in sales.& marketing with 2 years experience an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Competency in use of Microsoft applications including word, excel , PowerPoint and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.


Remuneration: NGN
100,000 - 120,000

  • Commission and incentives


Location:
Lagos

  • All Candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this region ( Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town ,igando , Abule-Ado and environs)
