Location: Lagos Island

Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦500,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager with proven experience in sanitary ware to lead our sales efforts, manage key client accounts, and oversee showroom operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated area, managing important client relationships, and leading the team to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in the sanitary ware sector

- Manage and maintain relationships with important clients, including key accounts

- Oversee showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sanitary ware sales and showroom management

- Strong experience managing key accounts and driving client satisfaction

- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering high performance
